Casa Bédar – B&B in Spain
At Casa Bedar, we strive for a refined, relaxed, and carefree experience for every guest. To guarantee this, we kindly ask you to respect the guidelines below.

Reservations & Payment
- Reservations are made exclusively via our official website: www.casabedar.com. We can also be reached by phone at +324 86 74 00 48.
Casa Bédar does not have a payment terminal. Payments are cash only, according to the conditions stated in your reservation. An ATM is available in the village.
- Promotions or discounts are not cumulative and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Rates & Accommodation
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include taxes.
- The rates stated on the website are binding. Prices in other communication channels are purely indicative.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights (1 night is possible with a surcharge of €35)
- Single occupancy: surcharge of €35 per night
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 11:00 at the latest
- Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.

Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation is free of charge up to a maximum of 3 months before arrival.
In the event of cancellation, you will receive a personal voucher, valid for 1 year.
- A second cancellation of the same reservation is not possible.
- In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full reservation.
- Reservations for groups are non-cancellable.

Stay & Comfort
To ensure the tranquility and exclusivity of Casa Bédar:
Casa Bédar focuses on peace, relaxation, and quality
- Please observe silence between 23:00 and 08:00
- The number of guests per room may not exceed the reserved number.
- External visitors are only permitted after prior consultation

Breakfast & Use of facilities
- Breakfast is served at the agreed times
- Please be considerate of other guests when using common areas
- Sunbeds, terraces, and other facilities are reserved exclusively for guests

House Rules
- Pets are not allowed
- The rooms do not have a kitchen
- Consuming your own food and/or drinks in the rooms is not permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and by the pool (additional cleaning costs may be charged for violations). We have a few designated smoking areas available on the premises.
- Drugs and other narcotics are prohibited on the entire domain.

Complaints & Service
We make every effort to take care of your stay down to the last detail.
- Do you have a comment or complaint? Please report this immediately on-site, by telephone, or via email. This will allow us to provide a suitable solution quickly and discreetly.

Liability
- Casa Bédar is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or accidents during or as a result of your stay.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children
The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all fellow guests.
- Use of the swimming pool, terraces, and other facilities is at your own risk. Signs are posted at the pool to inform you of what is and is not allowed.

Warranty & Damages
- Electricity is not included in the room rate. All rooms have their own meter, and consumption is settled upon check-out.

Damage or additional costs
- Damage or breakage must be reported immediately.
- Unreported damage discovered after departure will still be charged.

Force majeur
- In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, technical malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances), Casa Bédar reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, a suitable solution will always be sought.
