For dinner, we ask that you reserve one day in advance so that we can always offer fresh and local products. This is possible from Monday to Thursday with a minimum of 4 guests.We provide a starter, a main course, and a dessert or coffee. Drinks will also be charged at reasonable prices. Depending on the ingredients used, menu prices will vary between 30 and 40 euros. We can also provide a snack in the afternoon between 13:00 and 15:00 if you wish.For hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to eat in our rooms.We offer the option to eat or have a drink here, or in our bars/restaurants in and around the village.Please note that consuming your own food and drinks is not permitted in our B&B.

We are absolute animal lovers, but we have chosen not to allow pets.

Smoking and making any form of fire are not permitted in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas, and we expressly ask that you extinguish cigarette butts in the ashtrays.Smoking is not allowed at the swimming pool.It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground, and certainly not in our campo, as this could cause a fire.All kinds of drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the entire domain.

Your reservation is valid from the moment we have received payment for the room you have chosen.By paying for your reservation, you indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions.Our cancellation policy:When booking a reservation as a group, cancellation is not possible. This is because we are unable to recover this occupancy at short notice.If you wish to cancel as a couple or as an individual, you can do so up to 3 months before the reservation. We ensure a tidy room with a bathroom that is cleaned periodically, and we will change the bath linen periodically. If you would like fresh sheets or towels sooner, this is possible for an extra supplement. This can be booked in advance or requested on site.Additionally, we serve a delicious breakfast on our terrace between 9 and 10 am.A fresh glass of fruit juice, Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, a delicious selection of cheeses and cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruit, sweets, an egg of your choice, water, coffee, tea or hot chocolate...Water, coffee, and tea will be provided in the room. Our beds are King Size, 1.80m by 2m. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a fan, a hairdryer, toiletries, Wi-Fi, and a television.Of course, you can make use of the heated saltwater swimming pool (heated from 01/05 to 31/10), the petanque court, and darts.You will receive a box to open and close the secure gate along with the room key.It is important to know: we will give you a key to the room and a box for our electric gate. If we do not receive these back, a fee of 700 euros will be charged.Energy consumption and any damage caused are not included in the room rate.Regarding consumption, we will record the opening and closing meter readings together, and this will be settled at the current price upon departure.If any damage has been caused, we are currently assessing this together with you.

We do not accept card payments. The amount of your reservation has already been paid, and drinks can be settled in cash upon departure.There is also an ATM in the village.

Check-in is from 3 PM to 10 PM. Check-out is until 11 AM.If you wish to stay longer, this is possible (provided the room is not reserved).until 2 p.m. (30 euros) and after 2 p.m. (50 euros).Check-out, after you have enjoyed a leisurely breakfast, will also take place at the reception. We have 4 restaurants in Bédar that serve delicious food.If you would like to have lunch or dinner out, we will be happy to reserve a table for you.It is not permitted to bring food and drinks from outside into our B&B.We have a bar with chilled drinks, and you can also eat on-site between 13:00 and 15:00, or dine in the evening by reservation. (Reservations required Monday through Friday and must be ordered on Monday). For a minimum of 4 guests.

There is plenty of space in our parking lot where your vehicle can be parked safely.Our car park is fully enclosed and equipped with camera surveillance, so you do not have to worry.We therefore ask our guests to always check, upon entering and exiting, that the gate is also closed with the remote control.It is also important that there is no minimum height, so you can come to us with a large, tall car.We are not responsible for damage, theft, and accidents.

Our pool is a heated saltwater pool. Not only is it better for the environment, but it is also healthier for the skin and you tan faster.Swimming is possible from 1/5 to 31/10.

We have beach towels, chairs, and parasols available if you would like to go to the seaside for the day.We do not require a deposit for this, but should anything be broken, we do expect it to be reimbursed.

Our bar is open daily from 10 am to ... We therefore ask that you do not make noise on the private terrace at the back after 11 pm.If you would like to have a party elsewhere, that is of course possible. The lights go out at 11 pm, and we also ask everyone to respect their night's rest.We are not liable for any damage, accidents, or theft.

The rooms are checked after breakfast. They are cleaned every two days, and the bath linen is replaced at that time. If you wish to stay in the room longer, this is no problem, but cleaning will not take place after 12:00 PM that day, as we are busy preparing our dinner.

Promotions and price changes will not be refunded, and if a price increase occurs, it will not be charged.Promotions and special offers are therefore not cumulative.

If you wish, we would be happy to give you the key to the safe for your use.This is included in the price.We, as operators, are not responsible for any thefts.Upon check-out, the key will be handed back along with the room key and the gate remote control.

Breakfast will be served between 9:00 and 10:00. The buffet will be cleared at 10:00.

For your health and that of the other guests, Stefan checks the pool water daily, and it is also checked monthly by an external laboratory.Regarding Legionella control in tap water, daily checks are carried out on the showers and other faucets. Every two months, an external laboratory performs a full inspection of the tap water.We receive a certificate for both water treatments.

It is not permitted to enter the swimming pool with head coverings or other clothing.Naturally, swimwear (swimsuit, swim shorts, swimming trunks, bikini) is mandatory.

Er is water, koffie en thee voorzien op de kamers. Het is echter niet toegestaan om eigen drinken/eten (zelfs niet van het ontbijt) mee te nemen naar de kamers. De kamers zijn hier niet op voorzien en we willen hierdoor ook geen ongedierte. Onze bar is open om drankjes en snacks te bestellen.

Tot onze spijt is dit volgens de Spaanse wetgeving verboden. Al onze betalende gasten worden officieel geregistreerd zoals het hoort. Wens je vrienden en of familie uit te nodigen kan dit aan onze bar en kunnen jullie zelfs en drankje nuttigen. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk (ongevallen, diefstal etc) voor niet verblijvende personen voorbij het afgesloten gedeelte.

Wanneer je zou willen bijboeken kan dit uiteraard afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van de kamer. De prijs die gehanteerd wordt zal de prijs zijn van wanneer de boeking is gebeurd. Wanneer je vroegtijdig zou vertrekken is er geen terugbetaling mogelijk. De kamer is betaald en gereserveerd voor jullie. De consumpties, elektriciteitsverbruik worden in rekening gebracht.

Bij groeps boekingen is een annulatie niet mogelijk. Annuleren kan tot 3 maanden voor aankomst. In dit geval krijg je geen terugbetaling maar wel een voucher waarmee je binnen 1 jaar een nieuwe boeking kunt maken. Een 2e annulering van die vervangende boeking is volgens de voorwaarden niet mogelijk.

Ja dit is mogelijk. Heen en terug rekenen wij hiervoor 6 euro per persoon. De laatste terugrit is om 22u.
